Want To Know How To Win Writing Competitions?
This is a fun, fast-paced, and highly informative workshop where you’ll be given a whole range of techniques, advice and skills to improve your hit rate in creative writing competitions – both for poetry and prose. The tutor, Char March is a multi-award-winning poet, fiction writer, and playwright. She regularly acts as a judge for writing competitions herself, and in the previous 12 months has won, or been placed, in over 30 competitions. So Char knows the process from both sides and will help you understand how to target your own work in better ways. (Please note: you’ll be doing online research during the course, so please come with your smartphone, tablet or laptop.)
