Women of Tomorrow is a celebration of womanhood and feminity in all its cross-cultural forms, bringing together organisations, community groups, and individuals from across the city. This is an LGBTQ+ and family-friendly event, aiming to inspire future generations and celebrate women of Nottingham.

3pm – 6pm Workshop
There will be a free Words for Wellbeing writing workshop in the afternoon for women (and people who identify as female) led by Samantha Gray. Full details and booking information here.
7pm – 11pm Performances
From 7pm there will be a series of performances by women and people inspired by women taking in spoken word poetry, dance, and live music, with a headline spot from Nottingham’s young poet laureate, Georgina Wilding. There will be open mic slots available if others want to join in. Fan Club will be DJing and there will be a range of stalls selling zines, books and artwork by local women and feminist groups.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments will be available to purchase.
Free entry, all genders and ages welcome. NWS operates a Safe Space policy to welcome all individuals.
