Nottingham Writers' Studio is located in the heart of Nottingham's historic Lacemarket, within easy reach of the city centre, trams, parking, and the railway station at:

To gain entry to the building, either buzz for reception, or dial 23 on the intercom to go straight through to the office. We are usually staffed Tuesday to Thursday.

Public Transport

NWS is less than 5 minutes walk from the Lacemarket tram stop, and 10–15 minutes walk from Nottingham railway station.

Parking

The Stoney Street and Fletcher Gate car parks are very close by, but extremely expensive. There is limited on-street meter parking (free in the evenings), which is regularly patrolled by traffic wardens. If you can handle a 10-minute walk, there is a much cheaper car park on Curzon Street (open until 7pm).
